An application for a spouse visa or general visa may cost an average of £750 plus vat and disbursements (see link below) Current Home Office fees can be found here.

Our charges are based on an hourly rate. The above price is based on the hourly charge out rates and the time we expect a standard case to take: 

•  Manoj Kumar Athi – Partner & solicitor – £200 per hour – 10 years experience 
•  Prem Pal – Partner & solicitor – £200 per hour – 20 years experience 
•  Abdul Rehman – Paralegal – £150 per hour – 2 years experience 

Timescales 

Visa applications will take approximately 3 weeks to prepare and submit. The Home Office are currently taking up to 6 months to decide such applications however the Home Office does offer premium services on certain applications for speedier resolution at an additional cost (fees above in the link)
